Facilitation - Making action easier

We design and co-facilitate workshops with the purpose of empowering people to collaborate. We have spent 100s of hours working together to design processes and co-facilitate workshops for communities and organisations. Our Zenergy approach to facilitation is based on co-operation to support collective decision making. Cooperative methods are underpinned by the beliefs of equal worth, full participation, consensus and celebration of difference, which makes it possible to more easily access group synergy, vital for effective co-creation.

We are passionate about the power of facilitation to create a sustainable world and are at our happiest when designing processes to support a group to achieve their purpose, and when co-facilitating to generate the energy, focus and connections required to achieve amazing results.

amity, means mutual understanding - we chose this name because we know that for groups to develop into high performing collaborators they must be facilitated to empathise with others and feel able to contribute to the group achieving it’s purpose. We see our role as a facilitation team to enhance the development of mutual understanding as we guide a group to achieve their purpose.

I found the facilitation of the session extremely helpful. Instructions were clear and really well described. ‘Trust the process’ really worked and the end result was that we moved us on as a group considerably , rather than enjoying then forgetting the experience

amity designed and facilitated a really engaging, enjoyable day for the Phonak team. The session introduced useful tools for us to use to generate new ideas and resulted in a happy motivated team. The day fully met my needs and exceeded my expectations.
