I’m in the mood for

  • Bitesize Ideas - I don't have much time

Got a question? We might have an answer.

If you’ve got a lot on and want a shot of inspiration head here - you’ll find Amity’s Community Q&A with our answers to the most popular questions from fellow volunteers

  • Deeper Reflection - I'm ready for the next level

If you’ve found Amity’s Community Q&A helpful and want to go deeper with your personal development, our Conscious Community Library is for you. Be warned, giving this your time and attention might result in a whole new perspective in your community volunteering

  • Connecting with people like me

Consider this a reminder that there’s loads of other fab folk out there doing amazing things in their community. If you’d like to meet some of them join our monthly In Our Nautre Learning Hub Community Calls

Katie Finney and Maria Mayor founded Amity in 2014 and have worked with hundreds of community volunteers over the years - supporting people individually and in their community groups to realise their in-built potential. Amity’s approach goes beyond encouraging you to take action. It’s about supporting you to understand human dynamics and the role the mind plays in community volunteering - so that it's an impactful and a positive experience for you.

This In Our Nature Learning Hub is an online free-to access member area where you are invited to explore, as much or as little as you like, your inner world - to take time out to understand your true nature so that you can bring your best to your community and our planet. There's something if you’re looking for deeper development and for if you only have a little time for yourself. In the Learning Hub you’ll find video and audio content and the opportunity to book quick calls with an Amity Coach if you’re feeling the need to get unstuck quickly.

I feel I’ve had a big transformation. Before I had a lot of ideas for community projects but I was too fearful to take action. Now I feel able to calm down my anxieties and commit to seeing an idea through to its fruition.”
— Amity Programme Participant
You’ve challenged me in an easy way and now I feel I’m a better person. New doors for exploration have opened and I’m ready to take action. I’m excited for what’s to come!
